“Come in and sit for a spell . . .”

Sorry for the long break in posts. I plan on returning to my twice-a-month updates.

Any Witch Way
210 E. Cuyahoga Falls Ave.
(330) 434-WAND (9236)
Tues-Fri Noon-7 p.m.
Sat-Sun Noon-5 p.m.

Sometimes an Interesting Akron location is better seen than explained. Any Witch Way is one of those. This Pagan/Metaphysical shop opened in March of 2006 in North Hill (right next to the African Market) and merged with the Mystic Goddess (previously located on Exchange St., practically on the U of A campus) later that year.

Some of the many products you may find on your visit include candles, books (I purchased a copy of the Necronomicon! See above photo), crystals, chalices, ritual clothing, incense, and yes (according to their Web site), even cauldrons. My favorite “potion” is Booty in a Bottle. Here is the description on a product info card:

“Spice up your love life by invoking the spirit of Shango, a Haitian Voodoo Lao who provides his children with Lusty passionate energy.” It comes in different sizes and can be crafted just for you, no matter what your preference.

There’s a lot to see here, but it doesn’t just end with the merchandise. The store always has special musical performances, social events, classes, and tarot readings. The staff is super-friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have if Paganism and Metaphysics is totally new to you.

For a final note, I really want all visitors to treat this store, its owners, and other patrons with respect. These are really nice people providing a fun place to hang out and share ideas and they want everyone to feel welcome, so don’t ruin it for everyone else.
